This hotel is very new and everything is virtually unused.

Our hotel is near Palm Beach State College, Peanut Island, Lockheed Martin and more. Staff is very aggressive refuses to not charge extra.

The staff was nice but they are still working out their process at the time of my visit. This is the first I've heard of a situation like this.
