There is an additional vanity space outside of the bathroom which is nice for someone else getting ready, but it's oddly positioned and multiple times I rammed my hip into the corner of it when coming around the wall from the bedroom. and we stayed in Hyatt's premiere King bedroom, outdoor balcony with breathtaking views included. The only issues I had albeit it minor were: the hook for the towel on the bathroom door was broken off/missing, the water temperature took awhile to warm up, and the restaurant/bar in the hotel was way overpriced and not worth the 60 bucks. When we checked out, we again expressed our displeasure of the room not being cleaned for 4 days, the desk person said there had to be a three hour wait after it was cleaned. The room initially was ok. The view did not get old. Stayed here for four nights in August. Front desk masked. 37-inch Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films. Could have been vacuumed better. We thought that was a steal. At midnight, a large group were talking and laughing and banging loudly in the hallway. To my dismay, they came back at 2AM and were OBNOXIOUSLY loud for over an hour- yelling and laughing in the hallway outside of our door, music blaring, banging on room doors- completely not caring about any other guests. If you are coming from YVR you can take the Canada Line Sky Train and walk a few block to Burrard Street. Totally unacceptable and complete lack of attention to detail. I called down to the desk and they said security would check it out- but with it continuing off and on for over an hour I'm not sure anything really came of it.
