I've sent e-mails without a response.I've been asking for a smart meter for a year and had no action. I moved in to a property in march and signed up for both electric and gas and still now transfer is not done . As I did on my account, my wife also gets a message that the Together Energy Portal does not recognise the email associated with her account. Ihave not had a correct reading of energy account since the 4thdecember 2019. I have just joined together energy & all started off good but so far I have no portal that they said I would get last week, also they have not returned my call when they said they would, not a good start!! I have a list of complaints which I have lodged, received an e-mail to say they would resolve my complaint in 0 days, and that was last Tuesday! We are delighted that you have chosen Together Energy to provide you with your energy and that you are happy with the service so far. I am raising issue with Ofgem. I have very much enjoyed the service from Together Energy. The energy ombudsman agreed in my favour to receive o goodwill payment of £60 and the waver of exit fees. How they manage to keep any customers is beyond me. Ironically I can't get back in again.The email stated that Greg Barret had passed my account to H Hunter who asked me to call...which I did on Thursday. Together Energy are absolutely awful. Despite never having managed to gain access to the portal for sometime I actually got in and am shocked to note that they might have uploaded a bill the readings are not correct....but the biggest shock is for the last 2 years they've been holding on to my credit balance of nearly £900. On my latest call to provide updated meter readings Rebecca Duncan was very helpful and had a lovely pleasant demeanour. Watch out the old and new portals are working at the same time - confusing or what! Still no logon details so i take it i just have to Phone again. She could not have been more helpful when I called today. 6 weeks later I have no communication with Together Energy.
I have had no bills from them, not surprising because I can't supply any meter readings because I haven't got any access to their portal.This sounds like a very common story judging by all these reviews. Will be transferring this account to Octopus Energy who I am with and who offer great service. A great option for the best price of energy and the exclusive service.

This has been a very upsetting ordeal with a company that just does not care, they do not deserve a 1 on any scale of scoring.The most poor response I have ever had with an Energy supplier, in fact I have never had an issues like this before and have been paying energy bills for nearly 40 years.
I do have an advantage as I can calulate the energy consumption to within a few pounds. All pretty good so far but only early doors. No final bill and no refund. | Read 6,981-7,000 Reviews out of 8,566 I've yet to see a bill. Brilliant new energy company in Scotland for Scotland who donate to local community energy poverty charities to help. None has come. But even getting to that point was a farce, after waiting 9 weeks for your internal investigation, you sent the same bill and closed the investigation without any correspondence with me, stating it was now resolved. The debt collector agency themselves were trying to get answers from them and they weren't replying! If you get either of them when asking for advice and help you are in great hands!! Or send a letter? I will have to make yet another complaint to OFGEM.That nonsense guy who replies to certain reviews, put you name and reply to everyone.
