Though we were only on the 10 floor, the room seemed much higher as the back of the hotel is built on the side of a hill. Our room was spacious, clean and everything worked. When we tried to retrieve it the next day we discovered that the maid had simply thrown it out (rather than keep it for us). The hotel immediately contacted me and told me they checked the room I was in and did not find any.
