Petra's personal has alot more offensive potential on bulkier units that are below half health, its redundant on squishier units since they would most likely get oneshot, not triggering the personal.
Anyways, Wyvern Rider/Lord is best for Petra. I was under the impression that pegasus units are faster than wyverns and might have a higher speed cap. What need have I for this?

I genuinely think its the best class in the game High strength, defence, alright speed and the best mobility. Wyvern Petra with a brave axe/brave bow can utilize very effective hit and run tactics, especially against squishy units, like mages. Petra is certainly the better unit. He also has access to a really good skill in swift strike that allows him to guarantee kills on units he cant double. His speed and dex growth rates are 10% lower than petras, he is definitely inferior in those areas but maybe swift strikes helps the speed issue and his personal helps his hit rate that is stiffened by his dex growth. But you should still make ferdinand a wyvern…
